In our specialties filling plant, products such as yogurt, mascarpone, and vegan alternatives are produced daily. To ensure our modern plants run reliably, we are looking for a motivated personality with technical understanding and enjoyment in food production. A young team, a varied production everyday life, and the opportunity to get to know several plants and continuously expand your know-how await you.

What you can achieve

• You set up our modern filling plants for yogurt, mascarpone, vegan products, and other specialties and carry out format and product changes independently.
• During production, you monitor the filling process, recognize deviations early, and ensure smooth plant operation.
• You independently analyze and resolve minor malfunctions to keep downtime as short as possible.
• You ensure that quality, hygiene, and food safety are maintained at all times and carefully document your work steps.
• Step by step, you will get to know several plants and develop into a versatile plant operator within our specialties filling plant.

What you bring with you

• You bring training in the food sector, as a plant operator, or experience in food production.
• You enjoy operating and reconfiguring machines and understanding technical processes.
• You work reliably, think ahead, and pitch in when it comes to solving malfunctions or improving processes.
• Good German skills are important so that you can securely understand plants, processes, and documentation.
• You are ready to work in 3-shift operation and to take on approximately 1-2 Saturdays per month in a rotating system.
