DIPL. PFLEGEFACHPERSON (60--80%) SPITEX WITH CASE MANAGEMENT

What you will achieve with us:

• You manage the care and support process
• You conduct assessment and consultation interviews
• You support and advise customers with complex care situations
• You coach employees and apprentices in technical questions
• You keep an eye on quality standards and develop them further

What you bring with you:

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• High social competence, flexibility and resilience
• Quality awareness, organizational skills, winning appearance and an appreciative, empathetic basic attitude
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good PC user knowledge (RAI-HC knowledge is an advantage)
• Driving license
