What awaits you
You record the daily reports of our members (entries and exits, salary changes)
You process the inquiries of our insured persons regarding WEF, divorce, voluntary buy-ins
You handle the retirements
You answer the inquiries of our members and insured persons
You support the further development of our pension funds
What you bring with you
Specialist knowledge in occupational pension scheme (BVG) or the willingness to familiarize yourself with this field
Enjoyment of advisory services, combined with entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking
Confident handling of MS Office as well as openness to digital tools and new technologies
Independent, structured way of working and team spirit
Proficient German, Italian and/or ösisch knowledge is an advantage
