• You have an interest in contributing to a good bourgeois cuisine and bringing in your ideas
• have an EFZ diploma in the kitchen
• are a motivated personality, flexible and can quickly get used to a new area of responsibility
• have fun working in a young, dynamic team and remain calm even in hectic situations
• have good German language skills

Your tasks

• Preparation and preparation of daily recommendations
• Preparation of à la carte dishes and independent management of a post
• All work arising in the kitchen
• Quality control of products
• Cleaning and compliance with hygiene regulations
