Gastronomie Wagi S in Schlieren caters to up to 400 guests daily with culinary dishes. The operation includes the self-service restaurant <<Speis & Trank>> with 200 seats, the <<Momento - Caffé & Lounge>> as well as the garden terrace with 50 seats each. The range extends from break catering to sandwiches, snacks, and a self-service buffet. In accordance with the ZFV philosophy, cooking is done fresh on-site with regional as well as ecologically sensible and fairly traded food.

Are you our new team member who will support us as an Assistant Cook: (temporary) immediately or by arrangement? You will work from Monday to Friday in a 100% workload from 06:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 17:00 or from 11:00 to 20:00. This position is temporary for 3 months with the option of permanent employment.

Your area of responsibility:

• Preparation of various sandwiches
• Production of various salads as well as the management of the salad buffet
• Collaboration in the cold kitchen
• Collaboration in the preparation of warm dishes
• Creation of the mise en place
• Completion of general tidying and cleaning tasks
• Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
