Your mission

• Management of the concierge service: . Monitoring and implementation of services . Organization and monitoring of employee training (according to instructions) . Monitoring, control and planning of employee vacations/replacements . Control of work equipment made available (cleanliness and operation) . Distribution of materials and products in collaboration with the head of operations and General Services
• Responsible for the safety of employees on sites (equipment, organization, elements related to QSSE and hygiene, SST, etc.)
• Application of QSSE policy and given instructions
• Management of corrective action processing related to complaints and progress reports
• Support for the recruitment process in collaboration with the head of operations and HR
• Ensuring replacement in case of illness, vacation, etc. according to the directives of his/her supervisor

Your profile

• Excellent knowledge of the main cleaning, maintenance and restoration techniques
• Good knowledge of labor law, the corresponding CCT and regulations
• Good presentation and very good mastery of French
• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Ability to adapt to the company's tools and organization
• Good personal organization, autonomy, rigor and analytical spirit
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers
• Proposing force
