Polymechanic Precision Turning 80-100%

Activities:

• You independently set up modern CNC long-turning machines, program them, and take over the control of the systems.
• You continuously monitor the manufacturing process and optimize the processes for smooth production.
• You perform regular quality checks to ensure exact compliance with high quality standards.
• You actively contribute to the continuous optimization of processes.
• You take over preventive maintenance as well as maintenance work on the production systems.
• You ensure uninterrupted operation of the machines through your proactive actions.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic or similar.
• You have sound practical experience in a similar area of responsibility within the industry.
• You possess good know-how in the area of Lean Management and can ideally apply corresponding methods directly.
• You work independently, master tasks in a solution-oriented manner, and appreciate close cooperation within the team.
• You are adaptable, show high commitment, and like to think in a solution-oriented way.
• You are prepared to work in a 2-shift model as well as to take on staggered working hours and on-call services.
• You have business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing (English skills are a plus).
