Operations Employee (m/f/d)
This is how you will spend your time:
Operation and monitoring of the production plants as well as ensuring quality and quantity
Carrying out fault diagnoses and resolving machine malfunctions
Professional start-up and shut-down of the machines as well as monitoring of the production parameters
Provision of materials, reading in recipes and documentation of the production data
Support in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
What you bring with you:
Completed basic technical training in an industrial environment is an advantage
Alternatively several years of experience in a production environment
Willingness to work in a 3-shift and 2-shift model
PC skills are a big plus
As a resilient and flexible personality, you enjoy teamwork
Good German language skills in speaking and writing (min. level B2)
