Your role - with responsibility and impact ####

• Autonomous management of national and international customer orders
• Coordination of import and export processes, including customs and shipping documentation
• Preparation and updating of price lists as well as invoicing
• Monitoring of delivery deadlines and guaranteeing a smooth flow of goods
• Contact person for customers, suppliers, carriers and internal departments
• Administrative support to the commercial and sales team
• Participation in the optimization of processes and procedures

Your profile - competent & structured ####

• Basic commercial training (CFC) and professional experience in trade, export or logistics
• In-depth knowledge in import/export management as well as customs procedures
• Experience in invoicing, price list management and administration
• Very good written and oral knowledge in German and English
• Autonomous, structured and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills, service orientation and practical mindset
