Tasks

• Independent programming at your own CAM workstation (Top Solid)
• Setting up and operating modern CNC turning machines
• CNC turning of individual parts up to small series (hard turning)
• Measuring and testing according to drawings and standards
• Co-responsibility for machine maintenance
• Schedule and quality responsibility, as well as continuous optimization of processes

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic or Toolmaker
• Experienced personality with several years of professional experience in CNC turning (hard turning)
• CAM experience is an advantage (ideally with Top Solid)
• Independent, exact and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment in turning very precise workpieces
