Your tasks:

• Advising and serving customers at the fish counter with specialist competence.
• Presentation and care of the fish assortment, including fresh fish, seafood, and smoked products.
• Ensuring optimal product presentation and attractive counter design.
• Implementation of sales promotions and active upselling.
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to legal requirements.
• Control of stock levels as well as monitoring of minimum shelf life dates.
• Support with ordering goods and coordination with suppliers.

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the food sector, ideally as a fish specialist or retail specialist.
• Experience in the sale of fish products and seafood.
• Passion for high-quality food and enjoyment of customer contact.
• Independent and careful way of working.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
