Caretaker (approx. 30%)

As of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a

Caretaker (approx. 30%)

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for all garden and maintenance work (incl. winter service)

as well as technical operations

• Carrying out minor repair work in the apartments and in the house
• Organization of waste management
• Preparing the hall for occasions and sporadic assistance at events - contact person for tenants and tradespeople

Your profile:

• Completed manual vocational training with several years of experience
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Sense of order and cleanliness in the managed property
• Good communication skills (German) and enjoyment of interacting with seniors
• Flexible, residing in Lyss is an advantage
