Cashier - Receptionist at 100%

Your responsibilities:

• Guarantee a warm welcome to our customers, develop contact and ensure professional service towards our clientele.

Checkouts :

• Ensure a rapid checkout process, with rigorous and attentive scanning of products.
• Ensure the filling, rotation and monitoring of products under your responsibility (stationery, professional clothing, candles), ensuring their availability.
• Ensure the security of the checkout area and control the exit of goods in coordination with the managers.

Reception :

• Answer the telephone, transfer calls.
• Develop the existing clientele, process and respond to customer requests and complaints with kindness and professionalism.
• Provide information and ensure the follow-up of customer card requests, in collaboration with the customer service.
• Perform and control the monitoring of transactions on the coffre application, detect and correct errors.
• Transmit the daily accounts with supporting documents to the accounting department.
• Administrative management of gift vouchers, restau-clubs and cash differences.

Your profile:

• CFC in commercial employee, CFC in retail management, or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in reception and in checkout. We are looking for a smiling, motivated person, ready to learn and to evolve.
• Ease with numbers and customer service.
• Dynamism, rigor, great autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Very good presentation, flexibility (including Saturday) and willingness to work in a team.
• Perfect mastery of French and usual IT tools
