Contract Logistics Customer Service Warehousing

For our customers in Dietlikon, Koblenz and Embrach, we are looking for an employee for: Contract Logistics Customer Service Warehousing

Customer Service Warehousing is responsible for the correct execution of customer-relevant tasks for maximum customer satisfaction.

Your tasks:

• Order processing including master data management within the deployed WMS
• Shipping coordination with the shift leader and other involved departments
• Organization of daily business (internal and external warehouses)
• Coordination of the shuttle service between the warehouses - if necessary
• Processing of customer requirements
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvement
• Permanent contact with customers
• Acting in the interest of the customer
• Support for the team leader
• Monitoring and tracking of customer KPIs
• Compliance with the required customer quality standards

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in logistics or specific industries with professional experience
• Understanding and knowledge of logistical processes
• Sociable
• Willingness for rare Saturday assignments
• Willingness for shifts between 7:00 - 20:00
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured and analytical working style
• Strong affinity for the required quality standards of the customers
• Taking responsibility for daily work
• Flexibility
• Good resilience
