3D Artist

We produce high-quality and extravagant cakes with 3D decoration for our demanding private and corporate customers. For product launch events, we produce high-quality, technical cakes.

For our company in Zürich, we are looking for a 3D Artist.

Tasks:

• Creating 3D figures from sugar paste, chocolate and other food items.
• Assortment conception & design of products made from sugar paste and other food items.
• Experience with modelling / texturing.
• Experience with colors, color concepts, surfaces, plants, Disney figures and light.
• Drawing in various styles.
• Product development.
• Creation of sketches.
• Preparation of training documents & conducting courses.
• Continuous market observation.
• Ensuring quality specifications.

Requirements:

• University degree (Master) in design, animation, architecture or art.
• Several years of professional experience in modelling, texturing of 3D figures made from sugar paste, chocolate and other food items.
• Experience with cartoon production or 3D film production would be an advantage.
• Strong artistic skill.
• Precise and detailed way of working.
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, German is an advantage.
• Sense of humor.
• Passion for edible artworks.
