Your tasks

• Coordination and support of the purchasing and sales team in daily business
• Processing of customer inquiries as well as telephone and written customer care
• Recording and processing of customer orders from A-Z
• Preparation of offers as well as support with post-processing
• Support and coordination of suppliers as well as monitoring of delivery dates
• Execution of orders and maintenance of article and master data
• Support with sample management and product documentation
• Creation of evaluations and administrative documents
• Cooperation with internal departments such as sales, purchasing and logistics
• Participation in various projects and organizational tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (KV) or comparable qualification
• 1-2 years of professional experience in purchasing and/or sales back office
• Experience in order processing, customer care and supplier coordination
• Experience in the home textile industry is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and confident appearance towards customers and suppliers
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Versatile, team-oriented and uncomplicated personality
