Job advertisement: Pizzaiolo (m/f/d)

For our pizzeria, we are looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Preparation and baking of pizza in the wood-fired oven
Production and care of the pizza dough (dough management, fermentation)
Preparation of ingredients (Mise en Place)
Ensuring the quality and consistency of the products
Compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Inventory control and ordering of goods in consultation with the kitchen management
Keeping the workplace and the kitchen clean

Your profile:
Experience as a Pizzaiolo, ideally with a wood-fired oven
Good knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza tradition
Resilience and ability to work in a team, even in stressful phases
Reliability and flexibility (evening and weekend work)
Neat appearance and enjoyment of customer contact
