For our Italian restaurant, we are looking for an engaged, experienced and resilient Head Chef (100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your profile:
Several years of experience in Italian cuisine
Experience in the preparation of Neapolitan pizza (mandatory)
Passion for fresh cuisine – with us, all dishes are prepared fresh daily

Independent, clean and structured way of working
Resilient, stress-resistant and calm and organized even in hectic situations
Flexible and ready to work overtime hours
Team player, reliable and responsible

Good German skills
Italian and English are an advantage
Driver's license category B and own vehicle are an advantage, as our restaurant is only limitedly reachable by public transport
Own ideas and suggestions for improvement are very welcome with us

Your tasks:

Preparation of authentic Italian dishes and Neapolitan pizza
Fresh production of all dishes
Ordering and inventory management
Control of food quality and warehousing
Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
General cleaning work in the kitchen
Organization and ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow
