The ASB Academy is one of the most popular educational institutes in the Swiss healthcare system: over 3-000 graduates, more than 1-500 5-star reviews and nine locations throughout Switzerland. Together with our sister brands HealthMatches (job platform where employers apply to specialists) and OnBoarding+ (digital onboarding for healthcare institutions), we are building something under the REO Health umbrella that does not yet exist: a brand that wins, educates, and accompanies people in nursing.

Now we are launching our own video channel: Reels, YouTube formats and a podcast, hosted by our founder, who is himself a nursing professional. Entertaining, honest, close to nursing. For this, we are looking for you.

Tasks

• Video production from A to Z: You conceptualize, film and edit Reels, YouTube videos and podcast episodes - this is the core of your role (around 60-70 % of your time)
• Post-production that inspires: Editing, subtitles, graphics, sound design and platform-specific preparation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify
• Content planning: You manage the editorial plan, organize shooting days with our CEO and employees and ensure a reliable publication rhythm
• Content strategy: You analyze performance data, recognize trends and formats with potential and further develop the channel together with the management
• Community Management: You answer comments and messages and build an active community in the healthcare sector

Qualification
You are our creative production heart. The focus of your work lies in creating and editing videos: You produce content that makes our community watch, laugh and think further. At the same time, you plan our content proactively and further develop the channel strategy with the management.

• Verifiable experience in video production and editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) - your portfolio convinces us more than your CV
• A sure sense for social media trends, hooks and storytelling in short and long formats
• Independent, structured way of working: You plan productions so that shooting days are efficient and content is ready in advance
• Confident German; French is a plus
• Interest in the healthcare sector - you don't need nursing knowledge, but curiosity
