Job description
We are looking for a committed and affectionate specialist in childcare who likes to work actively with children and likes to go on excursions with them and wants to actively contribute to the team. Main tasks:

Co-responsibility for the children's group
Promotion and care of children up to kindergarten age
Building trust-based relationships with parents
Documenting the developmental steps of the children
You contribute to a good team atmosphere
You actively participate in team meetings and further education
Requirements profile:

Completed apprenticeship as a specialist in childcare EFZ (specializing in children)
High professional and social competence, sense of responsibility and commitment
Committed and open demeanor
Willingness for personal further development
Very good German language skills
