Your mission As a Sanitary Engineer, you Sanitary Project Lead Engineer Your mission As a Sanitary Engineer, you participate in the design, study, and development of the sanitary installations of projects (second fix). You contribute to the technical realization of mandates in collaboration with project managers and the various building disciplines. \- Project study \- Tendering \- Realization \- Operation Techniques concerned Building sanitary installations: \- Cold water and domestic hot water distribution \- Wastewater and rainwater drainage \- Special installations (depending on projects) Project management \- Lead and coordinate projects from A to Z in the S field (SIA phases 3, 4, 5) \- Define technical concepts, carry out S studies and dimensioning, establish schematic diagrams and compare variants \- Perform or verify sanitary dimensioning calculations \- Write preliminary design and design descriptions, as well as cost estimates \- Elaborate tenders, preliminary measurements and plans \- Participate in the spatial coordination of installations (HVAC) \- Be able to produce hydraulic and aerolic plans Realization monitoring \- Ensure execution monitoring services on site \- Control the conformity of works, perform final tests \- Ensure the cost management of companies \- Plan and administer technical files according to the ISO quality manual Management and coordination \- Ensure the smooth running of projects on technical, financial and temporal levels \- Monitor financial indicators and ensure rigorous budget management \- Ensure documentary conformity according to ISO requirements \- Have sharp knowledge of the contract related to the project (prerequisites, services included and not included) \- Ability to support Management during acquisition \- Organize and monitor the activity of drafters and internal resources in coordination with other disciplines \- Collaborate closely with architects, engineering offices and the various trades \- Manage the services of mandated companies and monitor their costs Your profile \- EPF / HES engineer training or CFC (with experience) or equivalent diploma \- Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering office or S technical office in Switzerland \- Mastery of S installations and current Swiss technical standards \- Ability to manage projects autonomously \- Skills in multidisciplinary coordination (HVAC) – an asset \- Knowledge in building automation / BMS – an asset \- Good interpersonal skills, sense of organization and team spirit \- Knowledge of English or German – an asset We offer \- A dynamic and stimulating work environment \- Varied and large-scale projects \- A competent and cohesive technical team \- A flexible framework favoring autonomy and initiative \- Attractive working conditions jpid5c10538jm jpit0836jm jpiy26jm
