Junior Construction Manager: Entry into construction management

To complement our team in Zürich, we are looking for an architect or technician for the execution and construction management of existing building projects starting in autumn 2026. Architects without previous experience in construction management are also very welcome - we enable you to have a practical entry and will accompany you in your development to a construction manager.

You will become part of a project team that handles projects across all processing phases. Your tasks are tender planning and tenders, scheduling, coordination of work on the construction site, as well as construction administration. We are looking for a person with a passion for holistic thinking, an independent way of working, and a practical nature.
