What to expect
At ESCHBAL, around 30 people develop and produce high-quality window systems and system components for wood/metal windows and sliding doors with Swiss quality. As a workshop employee in metal construction, you are the heart of our production:

• You assemble and process Alu frames according to sketches and technical plans
• take on general metal processing tasks such as sawing, punching, milling, riveting, and drilling
• ensure compliance with our quality standards and timely provision
• carry out incoming and outgoing goods inspections
• work independently and take real responsibility for your area of responsibility
• and can, if suitable, gradually take on leadership responsibility for a group of employees

What you bring

• Experience in metal processing and thus technical competence
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of manual work
• Precise, independent, and efficient working method
• Quality awareness, flexibility, and reliability
• Enjoyment of team work and close collaboration
• Fluent German language skills
• Forklift license and driver's license (an advantage)
