Polymechaniker/-in CNC-Fräsen 100% (m/w/d)

• You program and set up 3- to 5-axis CNC milling machines using Mastercam as well as directly on Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
• You manufacture individual parts and small series from various materials independently
• You take over the precise measuring, testing, and documenting of your work, because quality is a must for you
• You actively work on optimizing processes, procedures, and standards
• You bring your own ideas for better components, clever clamping solutions, or an optimized structure

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a polymechaniker or have many years of experience in this field
• You have a very good understanding of technical drawings and modern machining strategies
• You are absolutely secure in handling machines, tools, and measuring instruments
• You ideally have experience with Mastercam or have the desire to learn it with us
• You have a joy for precision, technology, and independent work with the customer or in the workshop
• You are motivated, reliable, think 'out of the box', and want to develop further with us
