Qualifications

Your area of responsibility with the customer:

• Taking over the holistic, needs-oriented care and support of patients.
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the care process.
• Specialist implementation of medical-technical measures and therapies in delegation.
• Comprehensive documentation of services provided in electronic systems.
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information in the interprofessional team.
• Advising and accompanying patients and their relatives.

What you bring:

• A successfully completed diploma as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent recognized training.
• Important: Diplomas from EU/EFTA countries are also welcome, provided that SRK recognition is available or the recognition process has been initiated.
• Several years of professional experience in an acute hospital, a rehabilitation clinic or a comparable environment is an advantage.
• High technical and social competence as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility.
• An independent, reliable and structured way of working.
• Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level) to ensure safe communication.
