• You know agency processes like the back of your hand.
• You have already worked for several years as a (Junior) Project Manager in an agency and have independently managed clients.
• Client management is in your blood and their satisfaction is close to your heart.
• You are a winning personality who represents a reliable, exact, and enthusiastic link between the agency and the client.
• You have completed training in the field of marketing/communication (e.g., Bachelor/Master in communication/marketing, CAS or other comparable training).
• You are eloquent both orally and in writing and have a good general education. Business fluent German is a prerequisite, all other languages a plus.
• You are experienced in using common AI tools.
• You are team-oriented and capable of enthusiasm, work independently and exactly, are reliable, resilient, service-oriented, and possess high initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, presentation and negotiation skills, good human insight, high quality standards, and a winning manner.

This is what you do.

• You independently and competently manage small and large clients.
• You hold the reins and ensure compliance and continuous optimization of work processes and results.
• You have the lead in internal order processing (from the creative briefing to production) and carefully accompany projects from A to Z.
• You engage with the managed mandates and the markets and participate in the development of concepts and strategies.
