Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ

Your tasks

• Cleaning, maintenance and preservation of interior spaces (sales areas, goods receipt, offices, machine park as well as staff and customer areas)
• Maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of outdoor facilities (parking lots, green spaces, shopping cart areas)
• Carrying out minor repairs and simple maintenance work in building maintenance
• Ensuring proper supply and disposal as well as coordination of waste separation
• Monitoring and maintenance of building technical systems
• Operation and use of machinery, equipment and tools
• Maintenance, order and management of the warehouse
• Implementation and compliance with safety regulations
• General janitorial work in ongoing operations
• Cooperation and support of external specialist companies as needed
• Willingness to be on call

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in facility maintenance EFZ
• Initial practical experience in building maintenance or a comparable function is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• High sense of responsibility and service-oriented actions
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
• Teamwork, flexibility and willingness to work
• Good physical resilience and manual skills
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle
• Forklift operator's license is an advantage
