As an entrepreneurially thinking legal advisor, you will actively participate in the strategic further development of legal advice, particularly at the Steinhausen location. In addition, you will identify potential for cross-selling within the entire BDO service portfolio and contribute to it in a targeted manner. You are open, approachable, and convince through strong social competence and teamwork skills. Thanks to your flexibility as well as your solution- and need-oriented way of working, you will always find suitable answers for our diverse customer structure, especially in Steinhausen. Legal Advisor (m/f/d) 80-100% Work location: Steinhausen and Luzern What you will do Legal support and advice for companies with a focus on commercial law as well as legal compliance of companies Active construction and development of the advisory offering, especially at the Steinhausen location Proactive identification and implementation of advisory, tax, and audit needs (cross-selling) through targeted networking of our (inter)national clientele with the extensive BDO service portfolio Management of interdisciplinary projects at the highest level in interaction with our experts from law, tax, fiduciary, auditing, and business services – your interface competence makes you a key figure in complex challenges Integration and expansion of modern technologies and Artificial Intelligence into legal advice as well as development and establishment of innovative solutions Independent acquisition and management of demanding mandates, especially in an international context, with responsibility for the development of the business area and the economic success of BDO What you need to succeed Entrepreneurially thinking, structured, and responsible personality with strong project management competence, spirit of innovation, and high initiative Strong strategic customer orientation and enjoyment of sales-oriented cooperation with various BDO areas Attorney patent of a Swiss canton, ideally supplemented by another diploma (e.g., MBA, CAS or the like, preferably in connection with legal compliance or commercial law) At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international business law firm, a consulting company, or a legal department of a corporation Competence in the field of Legal Tech & Digital Legal Transformation: experience in the conception, implementation, and management of legal tech projects (incl.
