Internal Sales Administrator (m/f)

For our client – an established, crisis-proof Swiss traditional company from the construction supply industry and security technology – we are looking for a customer-oriented, linguistically strong personality for the internal sales team, effective immediately or by arrangement.

We are looking for you as Internal Sales Administrator (m/f) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• You competently look after and advise customers via telephone and email and develop tailor-made, technical system solutions
• From precise quotation preparation to successful, complete order processing, the entire process is in your hands
• As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with the field service and logistics and ensure punctuality and quality standards
• You master complex inquiries and complaints confidently and use them as an opportunity for long-term customer loyalty

Qualifications

Your profile:

• A successfully completed technical basic education and commercial further training
• A strong affinity for mechanics and electronics; ideally, you already bring initial experience from the construction supply industry or security technology
• Fluent German skills as well as business fluent French to professionally look after customers in French-speaking Switzerland
• A resilient organizational talent who maintains an overview even in hectic phases and appreciates a work culture based on reliability and mutual trust
