Your main tasks

• Leadership and deployment planning of a team with six employees in the 3-shift model
• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth production flow
• Analysis of existing processes and implementation of optimization measures
• Coordination and execution of maintenance work as well as troubleshooting
• Quality inspection of the products and compliance with applicable hygiene and safety guidelines
• Active support of employees in daily business and during shift changes

Your profile

• Sound experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally with serial production
• Strong leadership qualities paired with a high understanding of teams
• Technical know-how and a structured, solution-oriented way of thinking
• Independent, resilient and reliable personality with personal responsibility
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
