At all about crêpe, we combine organic crêpe tradition with fresh ingredients, quality, and creative craftsmanship. Our location in Zürich Enge is a small, lively premium take-away with a few seats. For us, speed, quality, well-groomed customer contact, and active sales at the counter count.
For our team, we are looking for an experienced person for a workload of 60% with fixed days being Saturday and Sunday, who works independently, takes responsibility, and feels comfortable in direct guest contact.
Several years of experience in gastronomy, in take-away, or in the café/service sector is mandatory
Very good German in direct customer contact is mandatory
You already work in Switzerland or have a work permit
You are not a career changer, but rather already bring practical experience from an operation with high tempo
You are friendly, well-groomed, resilient, and strong in sales
Your tasks
Friendly and professional customer contact at the counter
Sales, advice, and active upselling of our products
Operating the cash register and receiving orders
Mise-en-place and preparation of our crêpes (sweet & salty)
Preparing and serving drinks
Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth processes
Refilling, goods handling, and support with daily organization
Assistance with closing and cleaning work
Your profile
Several years of experience in direct guest contact in gastronomy, in take-away, or in the café sector
You work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently – even during peak times
You have a well-groomed appearance and good manners
You are attentive, reliable, and work independently
You like direct customer contact and enjoy active selling
You know how to present a high-quality product in a friendly and convincing manner
English is an advantage
