Your Role You design your projects independently and work actively in doing so: You do not just lead, but together with the team deliver substantial substantive contributions from strategy to implementation – depending on the project, e.g., grids, sales, trading, shared services, or prosumer topics. You identify topics in the Swiss energy market, place them with the customer, and develop concrete opportunities from them – from the first customer contact through pre-sales to the commission. From the beginning, you assume joint responsibility for the expansion and further development of m3 Switzerland and perspectively grow into a leadership role.
