To strengthen our dedicated production team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated personality as a Shift Worker Production (3-shift operation) – 100% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks
As a shift worker, you will support our production team in the manufacture and packaging of high-quality plastic products. Your main tasks include:

• Packaging and checking the produced parts according to specifications
• Ensuring the required quality standards through visual and quality controls
• Labeling, marking, and preparing the goods for shipment
• Supporting rework as well as the printing of articles
• Sorting out and processing reject material according to specifications
• Checking production facilities and peripheral devices during shift changes
• Compliance with work, quality, safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Shared responsibility for order and cleanliness in the production area
• Active participation in continuous improvements in production

We expect

• Experience in a production or industrial company is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
