Machine Operator

For a renowned customer in the Lenzburg region, we are looking for a:

Machine Operator 100%

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Processing of production lots according to valid work instructions under cleanroom conditions in the entire eMobility area (cleanroom, testing as well as gray area)
• Job rotation with high flexibility in all learned areas (workplace or activity change among employees), to be trained.
• Operation of the applicable control systems (MES / SAP /BO Report etc.)
• Participation in the continuous improvement process
• Participation in ensuring the quality of work and workflows according to the applicable regulations and processes
• Setting up, operating and monitoring the fully automated production systems
• Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on complex systems in mechanical manufacturing and testing according to work instructions (time- and condition-dependent) in coordination with larger maintenance efforts
• Performance of daily controls on the machines according to instructions and regulations (SPC)
• Monitoring and implementation of the stocking of production media and care of consumables for the production machines
• Compliance with discipline, order and safety rules
• Organization and implementation of cleaning work of workplaces, cleanroom infrastructure, systems, materials and modules according to the valid work instructions
• Assistance in the training of new Maintenance Operators
• Occasional support for maintenance technicians and engineers
• Additional tasks according to instructions from the shift supervisor

Qualifications

Requirements:

-Completed apprenticeship (technical background an advantage) or comparable school/training experience in the field of quality assurance advantageous-Production/cleanroom experience an advantage
-Manual dexterity, reliability
-Good German language skills in speaking and writing
-IT user knowledge (basic knowledge of MS Office)
-Ability to work in a team
