• As a specialist in the applications and functionalities of our software, you lead workshops and training sessions and actively maintain customer relations.
• You ensure that customers use our products and services optimally.
• With your deep product knowledge, you contribute to the resolution of complex customer requests.
• You know the requirements of our customers and represent them within our company.
• You bring your expertise to the continuous development of our products.

• You enjoy combining your sense of negotiation and your analytical skills with your capacity for persuasion.
• You like to acquire knowledge autonomously as well as creating solutions.
• You have good organizational skills and know how to communicate appropriately with different groups of interlocutors and hierarchical levels.
• You approach new situations and challenges with initiative and flexibility.

Your profile

• Commercial or technical training with additional training in business management or equivalent training
• Specialized knowledge and process skills in the areas of HR (payroll, UVG, KTG, absence management) are an advantage
• Proficiency in French and German, oral and written (English is an asset)
• Do you already know UKA Solutions or CAREMA? Then you are our asset! If not: we will teach you everything you need to know.
