Polymechaniker/in - Service Technician Indoor and Field Service

Activity

• Careful induction in the operation and accompaniment of an experienced field service technician
• Getting to know machines, products and operational processes
• Gradual takeover of independent service assignments
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of machines at the customer's site
• Analysis and rectification of faults on-site and via remote support
• Technical contact person for customers and ensuring reliable plant operation
• Requirements
• Basic technical training with EFZ (Polymechaniker, Automatiker, or similar)
• Very good mechanical and good electrotechnical knowledge (reading and understanding schematics)
• Advantageous knowledge of networks (setting up, configuring networks and integrating devices)
• Experience as a service technician as well as in handling remote tools is an advantage
• Reliable, resilient and team-oriented personality with an independent and solution-oriented way of working
