Assistant Cook / Commis Entremetier (hot kitchen)

Your tasks:

• Your heart beats for the preparation of dishes and recipes of the hot kitchen, for our restaurant with traditional Swiss cuisine.
• You have some experience or are willing to learn new things?
• Food hygiene: You have a mindful eye for our food and stock and always ensure the highest standards in terms of freshness and quality.
• Shining hygiene: Cleanliness is not an option for you, but a matter of course. With your eye for detail, you keep our kitchen sparkling and shining to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

What you bring with you:

• You have joy, perhaps training as a cook or several years of experience as an assistant cook (already knowledge in the preparation of side dishes and vegetable components)
• Food hygiene and safety are two significant terms for you in the kitchen.
• A well-groomed appearance and good manners are a matter of course for you.
• You are a true team player and flexibly deployable.
• Good German skills are a must, other languages are great.
• Readiness to also work evenings and on weekends – there is always something going on with us!
• You like learning new things and have a passion for gastronomy.
