• Permanent position at 100%
• Place of work: Châtel Saint-Denis

YOUR PROFILE

• Holder of a CFC metalworker or an equivalent training
• Proven experience in locksmithing and metal construction
• First successful experience in team management
• Excellent mastery of reading plans and technical documents
• Ease with standard IT tools for management and planning
• Organized, autonomous person, endowed with a good sense of responsibility and natural leadership
• Mastery of French, both spoken and written

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure, in collaboration with the workshop manager, the smooth running of the department's daily activities
• Replace the manager during their absences by ensuring the good organization of the workshop, the distribution of work, and the respect of priorities
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
• Act as the link between the manager and the team and contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative working climate
• Perform welds on black steel and stainless steel metal parts using MAG and TIG processes
• Perform bending, drilling, and rolling operations as well as other metal forming work
• Perform programming work on a welding robot
• Control the quality of achievements and ensure compliance with safety standards
