Personal, telephone, and digital reception of our patients

Coordination of appointments and communication with new and existing patients

Working with our fully digital practice software – you keep an overview

Organization of follow-up and recall appointments as well as scheduling of treatment and cost plans

Completed training as a Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) – mandatory

Initial experience in the area of reception or patient reception desirable

Professional and warm demeanor when dealing with patients

Independent, structured, and careful way of working – even in stressful situations
