Service and care of guests with food and drinks according to the concept
Supervision and subordination

The job holder is responsible for:

• Beverage, food and dessert service according to the concept
• Active sale of the Papa Joe’s offering
• Guest reception, greeting, seating and farewell
• Direct forwarding of complaints to the supervisor
• Clean and complete uniform
• Cash register management and settlement
• Entire mise-en-place in the service area
• Dish/cutlery mise-en-place
• "Smile you’re on stage"

The job holder has the following obligations towards the company:

• Compliance with internal company concept specifications and regulations
• Regular participation in team meetings
• Participation in training sessions

Competencies
The necessary competencies for the execution of the tasks and for the fulfillment of the responsibilities are considered transferred.

• Good German and English skills
• Experience in the service area
• Calm and prudent working style
• Well-groomed appearance
• Willingness to work until 4:00 AM
