Independent construction management of heat pump projects in the SHK sector - with a focus on single-family and multi-family houses

Organization and coordination of our subcontractors on site - from installation to acceptance

Ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of our construction projects

Monitoring and controlling construction site processes in the respective region as well as occasional deployments beyond the region

Technical coordination with the planning department, sales, and customers

Documentation of construction progress and reporting to the assembly management

Completed training in the SHK trade with a master's degree or comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally with heat pumps

Organizational talent, assertiveness, and a structured approach to work

Experience in coordinating external service providers

Willingness to travel within the region, occasionally also beyond

Driver's license class B
