Registered Nurse Long-term Care 50 - 100% Zürcher Unterland

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will care for residents of a nursing and residential center during the day shift. In Rafz, Kanton Zürich, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 50 – 100 %. You will take over nursing care, manage the nursing process, document the progress, and work in an interprofessional team on the care of the residents.

What awaits you in this challenging task

• Nursing and care of the residents during the day shift
• Taking over daily responsibility as well as implementation of the nursing process within the framework of primary nursing
• Participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures as well as accompaniment of physician visits
• Close cooperation with relatives and coordination with other areas in the facility

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as understanding of the Swiss German dialect
• Good IT skills, experience with BESA and easyDOK an advantage
• Readiness to take on responsibility and participate professionally in the team
