You are looking for the perfect entry after your MPA training, but you have respect for the extreme stress and anonymity of a large group practice? With us, it's different. In our small family doctor's practice in Canton Solothurn, personal care is the focus.
This means for you: Real time for people, a noticeably relaxed working atmosphere and no constant time pressure. Since you are our only MPA, you are involved everywhere, get to know the entire spectrum and are a valued team member from day one.

What you bring

• Training: Completed training as MPA EFZ (Swiss training or recognized equivalent).
• Expertise: Good basics in laboratory and self-dispensation (medication dispensing).
• Focus: We unfortunately cannot consider pure FaGe applications, as laboratory and medication training is mandatory.
• Personality: You are cordial, reliable and appreciate a personal, manageable environment.

Your tasks

• Reception & Care: Cordial reception and care of our loyal patients.
• Practice laboratory: Independent execution of analyses directly on site (without mass processing).
• Self-dispensation: Competent preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Organization: General administrative tasks at your own pace.
