Your tasks:

• Review of associations and foundations within the framework of changes to legal and regulatory requirements
• Sending of questionnaires as well as recording, checking and processing the incoming feedback
• Classification and maintenance of data in the corresponding systems
• Answering telephone and written inquiries (e-mail)
• Ensuring correct and timely processing of all inquiries

What you bring with you:

• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and structured working
• Very good Swiss-German skills in speaking and writing
• Openness to new things; career changers also welcome; your commitment is important
• Responsible, independent and customer-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of PC and common MS-Office applications
