Job Description
We are recruiting a Senior Product Manager to take charge of a key area of Spark, from problem definition to measured results in production.
You will join a product group dedicated to Spark, where each product manager owns a distinct part of the agent, working alongside the engineering, applied AI, and design specialists who build it. You will not be the only person in the room who understands agentic systems. You will have peers who have delivered autonomous AI at an enterprise scale, and you will be expected to raise their level as much as they will raise yours.
What you will do
Take charge of the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for your Spark domain.
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand what employees are actually experiencing, and not what ticket data claims they are experiencing.
Collaborate daily with engineering, applied AI, and design to deliver reliable, safe, and observable agent capabilities. Autonomous action on an employee's device is a high-trust operation, so you will help define both the guardrails and the features.
Define how success is measured, and be rigorous about what the data supports and what it does not support.
Transform ambiguity into sequenced and defendable priorities, then communicate them clearly so that engineering, business engineering, and management all reach the same conclusion.
Stay close to the agentic AI frontier and translate what is newly possible into what we should build next.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Essential
More than 5 years in product management, including enterprise B2B SaaS delivered at scale.
Experience in delivering products where you personally participated in evaluation design, strategy, experimentation, and iterative optimization.
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity into clear priorities, and to say no with a reason.
Data mastery. You can query it yourself, and you question when the framing exceeds the evidence.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to move from an engineering meeting to executive preparatory reading.
Nice to have
Experience in ITSM, IT operations, or employee digital experience.
Experience with proactive engagement products such as notifications, campaigns, and nudges, where the challenge is to attract attention without becoming noise.
Experience with conversational or channel integrations (Teams, ServiceNow, voice).
We know that strong candidates do not always tick every box. If you meet most of the essential criteria, apply.
Why join us
Work on a differentiated AI product deployed with real enterprise adoption, not a pilot looking for a use case.
Build autonomous agents on one of the richest real-time endpoint databases in the industry.
A small senior product group with true responsibility and short paths to decisions.
Hybrid work, global team, and learning budget.
Nexthink is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and are happy to adapt the process to accessibility needs. Just tell us what would help you.

All your information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
