For our client, an established industrial company in metal and steel construction, we are looking for a reliable specialist in the field of plastering and finishing work, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Plasterer (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Professional plastering and finishing of long beams and steel components
• Carrying out correction and repair work on weld seams using 141 TIG
• Ensuring a constantly high surface and weld seam quality through careful inspection and finishing
• Adherence to specified quality, safety, and deadline requirements
• Close cooperation with group leaders as well as employees on automated welding systems and robotic systems
• Active shared responsibility for a smooth production process within the team

Your Profile ###

• Experience in the field of plastering, metalworking, or welding of steel constructions
• Valid welding certificate 141 FW/BW is an advantage or mandatory depending on the area of application
• Willingness to work in shift operation
• Confident handling of tools and experience in the finishing of weld seams
• Good German skills are an advantage for communication in the team and for implementing work instructions
• Resilient, reliable, and team-oriented personality with high commitment
• Careful, precise, and quality-conscious way of working
