Your main responsibilities Supervise, accompany, and support educational teams in their professional practice. Guarantee the implementation and respect of the pedagogical project as well as institutional guidelines. Organize the daily functioning of the group and anticipate needs. Facilitate colloquiums as well as times for exchange and reflection regarding professional practices. Be the privileged interlocutor for families regarding pedagogical questions and ensure high-quality professional communication. Collaborate closely with the management and ensure a reliable transmission of information, needs, and particular situations. Actively participate in the daily life of the structure and support teams in educational activities, care, and tasks related to the reception of children. Your profile Diploma in early childhood education or CFC as a socio-educational assistant. Confirmed experience in accompanying groups of children; experience in coordination or supervision is an asset. Excellent knowledge of child development and early childhood pedagogical approaches. Natural leadership, ability to unite a team and to accompany the development of collaborators. Excellent communication skills, active listening, and resolution of complex situations. Analytical spirit, ability to step back, and emotional stability. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and ability to work in close collaboration with the management, families, and the various partners of the structure.
