Your tasks:

• Holistic accompaniment of the recruitment process: from detailed requirement analysis, via targeted direct approach, to final contract negotiation
• Use of state-of-the-art sourcing methods, data-driven tools, and creative networking to win highly qualified candidates for our customers
• Committed and solution-oriented consulting of customers from various industries, with a focus on demanding specialist and management positions
• Building, maintaining, and targeted expansion of your own candidate and customer portfolio, taking long-term relationships into account
• Constant market monitoring and analysis to recognize and react to current industry trends at an early stage

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in personnel consulting, ideally with a focus on the placement and leasing of specialists and managers
• Sound knowledge of modern recruiting strategies, strong communication skills, and a confident, professional appearance
• High degree of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, as well as the ability to set priorities independently
• Enjoy developing innovative solutions, critically questioning established procedures, and actively contributing to the success of the company
• German language skills at native level, other language skills are an advantage
