Designer / Project Manager R&D (m/f/d) 80-100%

We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Development and design of closure solutions as well as injection molds including associated components, assemblies and aids
• Preparation of concept, detail and manufacturing drawings as well as creation of bills of materials, layouts and technical schemata
• Assumption of project management in product development projects
• Planning, coordination and control of projects including schedule and cost monitoring
• Analysis of technical issues, development of sound solution concepts as well as support or implementation of the defined measures
• Participation in the preparation, evaluation and testing of injection mold concepts and technical offers
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments to analyze technical challenges and develop sustainable solutions

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a production mechanic or polymechanic with further training as a machine technician HF or mechanical engineer
• Several years of experience in the design of injection molds as well as confident handling of 3D CAD systems
• Practice in project management as well as sound knowledge of the injection molding process
• Experience in the food industry as well as knowledge of filling and packaging systems are an advantage
• Proven project management competence combined with clear, audience-appropriate communication across all hierarchical levels
