For our client, a renowned industrial company in the field of connection technology, we are looking for reinforcement in the production team. The assignment is planned on a temporary basis for the time being and offers an in-depth insight into a modern manufacturing environment. At the location in the Herisau region, a varied activity in a dynamic environment awaits you.

Production Worker Assembly 100%

Activities:

• You independently assemble and check various assemblies based on the specified manufacturing documents.
• You take over the professional cutting, stripping, and soft soldering of different cable types.
• You are responsible for the precise assembly of demanding plug connections.
• You record and document the completed production orders directly in SAP.
• You consistently ensure compliance with all quality standards and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you bring initial experience in the precise handling of fine components as well as in working with optical instruments.
• You communicate effortlessly on a technical level, read sketches/drawings confidently, and are practiced in handling tools.
• You convince through an exact, conscientious, and independent way of working.
• You place the highest value on the flawless quality of your work.
• You possess a high level of comprehension, strong ability to focus, and very good eyesight.
• You master the German language in spoken and written form at a very good level.
• You show yourself to be flexible towards shift operation and are ready for overtime if required.
